About a CNM...
Midwifery Supported Care
A Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) is a registered nurse that has undergone graduate education in midwifery by an accredited university program. The advanced education focuses on delivering evidence-based care. Midwife literally means “with woman”, and that is what a midwife will be; she will support women throughout their lifespan, and support her through pregnancy and birth.

Supporting you in pregnancy and birth:
Every woman is unique, just as every pregnancy and birth is special. My goal is not to “treat” your pregnancy, but to “support” you through this special time in your life. I will listen to you, and provide care that will promote the safest and healthiest birth possible.
I currently provide low-intervention births at Dallas Medical Center (635 & Webb Chapel) for women who desire midwifery care in a hospital setting. I am excited to provide services at this facility; it is driven by patient safety and patient satisfaction. They share the same vision of making your birth unique and special.
